In 2025, I was incredibly fortunate to visit the headquarters of Schubert Motorsport in Oschersleben, Germany. Stepping into their $7,500m2 facility, I was immediately immersed in a world where championship-winning operations come to life. Seeing their modern BMW M4 GT3s up close was a highlight; these machines are engineering marvels, and I even caught a glimpse of their inner workings, including the powerful P58 inline-six engines that drive their success on the track.
It was a privilege to witness the dedication of the team, led by Torsten Schubert, as they celebrated their second DTM team championship title since 2022. This behind-the-scenes look at such a high-performing racing operation provided a unique perspective on what it takes to stay at the front of one of the most demanding fields in motorsport.
